Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by a simple belief: innovation only matters when it makes life better for real people. That philosophy has guided me across more than three decades in Research and Development, leading teams around the world and shaping solutions that blend science, technology, and human insight.

I began my journey in product and process development, growing into roles that spanned Innovation, Product Design & Implementation, Simplification, Value Improvement and Digital Transformation. Along the way, I gained hands‑on manufacturing experience—from designing processes and plants to running a 24/7 food‑manufacturing site—giving me a deep appreciation for how ideas turn into scalable, reliable products.

As my career evolved, so did my focus. I became fascinated by how digital tools could transform the way R&D works. In my most recent corporate role, I led a trailblazing shift from traditional experimentation to advanced, data‑driven modelling and simulation. Building the strategy was one part of the challenge; bringing people along the journey was where the real impact happened. That Digital Transformation enabled faster, more efficient innovation and helped teams work with greater clarity and confidence.

Today, I bring that experience into my consulting work. Whether advising expert networks, working with local businesses or supporting global CPG organisations, my goal is the same: to help businesses innovate smarter and more efficiently, organise better, and lead with purpose. I believe in practical, consumer‑centric solutions, grounded in a deep understanding of people, data and systems.
